Can Kieran swim????
As our regular readers will know, our apprentice Kieran came to work at Financial Fortress without being able to swim so we immediately enrolled him in some lessons!
Kieran has now completed his 14 swimming lessons (in work time) and we are proud to announce that (although Adam Peaty doesn’t need to worry about his place on the GB Olympic team right now), Kieran is able to swim!
Conquering any fear is always difficult (especially as an adult!) and very similar in a lot of ways to engaging a financial adviser to discuss complex areas such as pensions and investments. Being put at ease by a professional in a safe environment can bring a life-time of peace of mind!
Kieran says “I didn’t think this would every happen as my fear was not only swimming but the water itself. I will now go as far to say I enjoy swimming as much as football which is saying something!”

The latest FT Financial Adviser mystery shopper results have been published. We are not surprised to find out our mortgage advisor Malcolm was the “shopper’s choice” with the top score of 35/35!!
