On Thursday, our young apprentice will complete his third swimming lesson so here’s a quick update on his progress.
We asked Kieran before day 1 how he felt and he said: “I am very nervous and to be honest and feel like a bit of an idiot for not being able to swim. I am not looking forward to it at-all and feel people reading this and the pool staff will be kind of laughing at me”.
We asked Kieran today how he feels and now he says “I am actually excited about my lessons, whilst I still have all the elegance of a drowning elephant thrown in the deep end, my confidence is up and I am getting excited to see where it leads. I understand everybody wants to help me and apart from my friends possibly, no-body is taking the mick! I look forward to jumping in the deep end of the pool and being able to get to the side!”.
As a family company, at Financial Fortress we are delighted to offer Kieran this invaluable life skill and would encourage anyone who has a need to obtain expert help. We believe learning to swim is like meeting a financial adviser for the first time. Being experts in everything financial, we certainly don’t laugh at our clients and will only ever discuss your needs in jargon-free ways, working at your pace ensuring a positive and personalised outcome. Why put it off any longer?
